Microsoft’s latest update to windows 10 brings a bunch of cool features that range from legit improvements to interesting novelties, and it will begin beaming down from the mothership next week. But you can actually download it today.whats new in windows10 creators update

As per the official Windows blog detailing the rollout, all you need to do is use the Update Assistant. With that tool you can manually request the update from Microsoft and get it running today. Otherwise you can wait until after the 11th to let Windows download the update in the background as it normally does. The Update Assistant is for people already running licensed versions of Windows 10.

Personally I think the most exciting thing about this so-called Creators Update is the new MS Paint with 3D modeling. I look forward to spending hours every day painstakingly recreating the entirety of Toy Story starring me as Andy. Other features include clearer privacy controls to manage what Microsoft can see about your usage, new ways to stream your gaming as well as a dedicated ‘gaming mode’, Windows Ink on tablets, and plenty more. We’ll have a more thorough look when the update officially launches next week.
